Votre fonction
As Global product manager you are responsible for:
* Developing a customer and proposition strategy for linked-to-lending based on customer needs and market fit with the local entities
* Creating and steering a global business plan that includes each country and the insurance partners
* Support local teams in driving adoption of the product, sharing best-practices between the countries and driving initiatives to improve performance
* Drive the global roadmap and delivery of tactical linked-to-lending integration in all countries. Liaise with central finance, NFR, legal, IT and data to ensure all business partners are aligned for timely delivery
* Ensure regular and clear reporting on sales, customer satisfaction, claims and OPS KPI's of each local entity
* Prepare and attend with the local business unit Country Committees for stakeholder alignment
* Be a driving force in global planning and preparation to deliver your business line information on time and ensuring local approval
* Work closely with your central Global Proposition Managers and colleagues to deliver a cohesive ecosystem of protection and services
* Acting as a single-point-of-contact for all questions and coordination between countries
Votre profil
A leader who will become the linking pin between the joint-venture and the countries to ensure all targets are translated and effectively implemented in the countries.
Proven track record and technical skills:
* Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
o A Master's degree in business, IT or related field
o 8+ years of experience in global matrix organizations - Track record of effectively leading P&L's and delivering targets, whilst operating at multiple levels and across domains within a large organisation
o Excellent execution power and stakeholder management
o Able to convince and influence
o Proven experience at a management level in financial services, insurance or various industries and international experience on how change is designed and delivered (sensitive to cultural differences)
o Proven experience of 10 years plus and expertise in (linked-to-lending) insurance, understands pricing, underwriting and insurance distribution. Both digital and broker experience would be preferred
o A good understanding and proven ability to apply various change frameworks eg: agile, lean /six sigma (pref. black belt) and understands the difference with a waterfall approach
o Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
